This policy explains the terms related to room reservations, meeting hall bookings, cancellations, refunds, modifications, and no-show situations at Hotel Saraswati. By making a reservation, you agree to the following policy.
A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Hotel Saraswati. Some bookings may require advance payment depending on booking type, season, or promotional offer.
Guests may cancel their reservation by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank. Applicable payment gateway or bank charges, if disclosed at booking, may be deducted.
Guests may request changes to check-in date, check-out date, room type, or number of guests. All changes are subject to room availability, applicable rate differences, seasonal pricing, and hotel approval.
A no-show occurs when a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation or modification. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled and applicable charges will follow the cancellation terms above.
If a guest checks out earlier than originally booked, refunds for unused nights are generally not guaranteed and will be considered according to applicable booking terms and management approval.
Group reservations and meeting hall bookings may have separate cancellation terms, payment schedules, and refund conditions, communicated at the time of booking.
In situations beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events — Hotel Saraswati may modify booking, cancellation, or refund arrangements as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
