These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hotel Saraswati website and all related hotel, restaurant, and meeting hall services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Guests may reserve rooms through our official website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or reception desk. All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by Hotel Saraswati.
We offer Deluxe AC and Standard Rooms, each in Single, Double, Twin, Triple, and Quad bed configurations. Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport and any required travel documents.
A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from Hotel Saraswati. Advance payment may be required for selected bookings. Accepted payment methods may include cash, UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking, where available. Applicable taxes will be charged according to government regulations.
Cancellation terms may vary by booking type, season, or promotional offer — see our Cancellation Policy. A No-Show occurs when a guest does not arrive without prior notice, and applicable charges may apply.
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour, follow hotel rules, respect other guests' privacy, and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave in cases of unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
Children are welcome; parents or guardians are responsible for supervising them throughout their stay. Unless specifically permitted in writing, pets are not allowed on hotel premises (service animals are handled per applicable law).
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, if available. Guests must comply with all applicable laws; illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of hotel property. Charges may apply for damage caused intentionally or through negligence. Normal wear and tear will not be treated as guest damage.
Meeting hall bookings are subject to availability, advance reservation, and applicable charges. Restaurant operating hours and menu items may change without prior notice.
Parking may be available for guests, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and valuables.
Hotel Saraswati shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, epidemics, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
All website content — text, images, logo, graphics, and design — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for losses arising from use of this website or our services is limited as provided under applicable laws and the specific circumstances of the booking. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Hotel Saraswati reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
